Shipping
We offer free delivery for any order over £15 within the UK. Unfortunately, we have to charge shipping if you live outside the UK.
All orders should be dispatched within 1 business day and then delivered between 1-7 business days (depending on location and shipping selection). We will endeavour to get the order to you either next day or the day after, but please choose recorded delivery if you would like to gaurantee next day delivery.

Returns
We have a very painless return process where the shipping label is prepaid for you. The return is also completely free for you.
You are welcome to receive a full refund on unused non-defective items and used or unused defective items, but please do email us at orders@percynobleman.com stating the reason why you are returning the item(s).
