Can I send parts of my order to a different address?
Unfortunately, if you wish to do this, you will simply have to place separate orders.

When will my order be sent?
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday all year round, excluding bank holidays. We’d love to ship your orders on bank holidays however it’s the post offices and couriers that tend to shut down, not us!

Do you ship to international destinations?
Yes, we currently ship to anywhere in the world. If you are having any problems, please get in touch.

What if I need my order tomorrow?
We can do our best to accommodate this service when possible if you let us know but to guarantee delivery next day, you need to choose recorded delivery during checkout.

How do I receive Free Delivery offers and other promotions?
We offer free delivery for any order within the UK. Unfortunately, we have to charge shipping if you live outside the UK. Please sign up to the mailing list on our home page or simply follow one of our social media accounts to stay tuned in with promotions.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders should be dispatched within 5 business days and then delivered within the following timeframes:

  • For UK orders: delivered within 1-3 business days after dispatch.
  • For international locations: delivered within 5-7 business days after dispatch.

So all in all, as quick as possible! We’d love to say all orders will be with you within 3-4 business days but we need to account for the post man being a little slow sometimes! Please sit tight and if you’re feeling restless then don’t hesitate to drop us an email at

I haven’t received my item. Who should I contact?
Us! But please remember, all orders are processed Monday through till Friday but are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays. Don’t forget to allow 1 business days for order processing too.


I want to return my item, what do I do?

We can only offer returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, non-defective items. Please email us at stating the reason for your return and your order number and our Customer Care Team will be able to assist.

Once we have received your return and inspected the items, we will be able to process the return. Please note that we can only accept returns for products purchased through our website. Products purchased through a retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: We are in no way able to refund used goods that are not defective. Please keep each product in its undamaged packaging (unless defective) if you wish to return it. It is your legal obligation to take reasonable care of any goods whilst they are in your possession. Due to the nature of the products we sell it’s very simple to tell if a product has been used. Please respect our policies and we will always do our best to resolve any problem or issue you have with your product.

Furthermore, if your item was purchased on Amazon, then please contact us through Amazon's Messaging Service to arrange your return/refund. We are unable to handle and process returns for products purchased via Amazon unless you contact us through the Amazon interface.
